  1. The giveaway is open to entrants over 17 years of age and employed or studies within the healthcare industry.
  2. In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. There is no maximum entry per individual for this competition.
  4. The giveaway is free to enter (no financial cost).

How to enter

  1. Entering the giveaway will be if you LIKE the post, FOLLOW @myhealthcarerewards and also @student_midwife_21_,.
  2. Unlimited entries allowed, add additional entries by TAGGING another study buddy equals another entry.

The prize

  1. The prize will be a student study bundle as well as a book.
  2. My Healthcare Rewards use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  3. The winner will be drawn at random.
  4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  5. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  6. The decision of My Healthcare Rewards regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be notified after 4 November 2021 via the Instagram name provided during entry.
  2. My Healthcare Rewards will post the winner on both @myhealthcarewards and @student_midwife_21Instagram pages and attempt to contact the winner through Instagram messenger up to two times.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the messages notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second message, they will lose their right to the prize, and TLC reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

  1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by My Healthcare Rewards for the purposes of administering the giveaway, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
